I'm reading a book and i'm struck by the author's usage of the preposition on with ward in contexts where i would have used in. here are some examples: En medicina 'ward' se traduce habitualmente como 'sala', pero esa palabra no se emplea con frecuencia en el español hablado al referirse a zonas del hospital.
